Brazilian/Venezuelan, founder of Sariyama, working part-time as a postdoc researcher at the University of Innsbruck (Austria). Doctor in Technical Sciences (UIBK), Civil and Materials engineer, specialist in sustainability assessment of roads, constructions, and building materials. Expert in using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools to support Stakeholders' decision-making processes.

I am interested in topics related to the mitigation of environmental impacts in construction, circular economy, sustainability assessment, integration between BIM-LCA, and the use of digital technologies to enhance sustainable construction practices.

I created Sariyama with a vision to amplify my societal impact and share the extensive knowledge I've accumulated over the years, aiming to foster sustainable development across different sectors, especially within the construction industry. This initiative represents my commitment to transforming our approach to sustainability, ensuring that the principles and practices of environmental stewardship are widely understood and implemented for a better future.

The name Sariyama is inspired by Cerro Sarisariñama, a majestic tepui located within the Jaua-Sarisariñama National Park at the southwestern extremity of Bolívar State, Venezuela, close to the Brazilian border. Characterized by its flat summit, Cerro Sarisariñama spans elevations from 300 meters (980 feet) to 2,350 meters (7,710 feet), embodying a unique natural wonder that stands as a testament to the Earth's ancient geological processes and biodiversity.
